We are part of the Reed family of companies, the UK’s leading recruitment, HR services and training providers, and we specialise in programmes designed to break down the barriers to employment.

Reed in Partnership
Established in 1998, Reed in Partnership was the first private company in the UK to deliver New Deal welfare to work programmes.

Working with employers, Jobcentre Plus, specialist agencies and local partners, we help the longterm unemployed overcome whatever obstacles they face getting a job, helping them to achieve real, positive and lasting change in their lives.

Since our launch, we’ve helped 80,000 people into employment and worked with more than 10,000 employers, ranging from SMEs to large corporate organisations.

In 2007 we were awarded the contracts to deliver Pathways to Work services in three areas across London, Cambridgeshire & Suffolk, starting from April 2008. These wins underline our commitment to helping local people into work across London, whilst also extending our geographical reach.
