Reed in Partnership offers a specialised recruitment service - tailored to the needs of both the long-term unemployed and local employers.

Helping people back into employment is just half of our job. Equally important to us is ensuring that the skills and needs of our Members match those required by potential employers.

That's why we also focus significant resources on attracting employers.

In return for being able to encourage people to apply for the positions offered by these organisations, we provide potential employers with a one-stop shop for all their recruitment needs. What's more, this service is completely free - because our work is funded by the Government.

Our expert recruitment service for employers ranges from defining the skills an organisation requires to finding and pre-screening good recruits, training them and even offering ongoing support once the new employers have started work.

In addition to this comprehensive service and post-placement support, we can also help employers with advice on diversity and key legislative issues.

We work with both small local companies and large national organisations.

Our relationships with smaller companies are managed by a local Account Executive, while larger national accounts will be serviced through Employer Services Managers, who, as sector specialists, will work in fields such as construction and railways, retail or public sector.
