When we consulted with Greenwich Leisure Ltd it was agreed that they would cut down their induction from five working days to two provided that the Account Managers arranged internal assessments and course material that members could complete with us before interview.
Providing venues for employers to conduct interviews
Where recruitment for a large employer is centralised, we have provided venues for these employers to conduct interviews This has been a favoured choice with WH Smith, Planet Organic and the Compass Group.
Industry testing For Novotel Hotels, The Compass Group and Sodexho we administer Chef and catering staff tests based on the industry standards.
Reference Checking By checking references for WH Smith and GLL we have cut down on the employer's workload.
Ensuring that a work force is provided that is eligible to work in the UK
