Business support and brokerage

Through our delivery of Business Link in Yorkshire and Humber Reed in Partnership have grown our delivery base into skills brokerage and business support.

Working in partnership with Exemplas Holdings Ltd we are the joint parents of Y&H IDB Ltd, representing a uniquely qualified operation to create and deliver a new Business Link service in Yorkshire and Humber.

Through this business support contract we help management teams increase their skills so that they in turn can help their workforce. We have also assisted in the personal development of senior members of staff in exceeding targets of raising the skills of 1,200 Managing Directors.
