Amey Facilities story

Reed in Partnership has helped the UK's leading support services
partner, Amey Facilities, to staff schools across Glasgow,
successfully sourcing 50 employees for the company across 30
schools in the city.
As part of the recruitment process, Reed in Partnership
developed a bespoke 'Routes2Success' training course for all
successful applicants for a variety of positions including school
cleaners. The course, tailored to meet Amey's particular
needs and requirements, enabled Reed in Partnership to provide
staff that were trained specifically for the roles they would fill
within the company.
Lorna Beaton, Senior Operations Manager at Reed in Partnership
comments:
"The services we provide to our clients are
designed to take the stress out of the recruitment process by
supplying candidates that are already vetted and specially
trained."
John Robertson, Operations Manager at Amey Facilities has
welcomed the support from Reed in Partnership:
Its not easy finding a large amount of employees
in a short space of time, but having pre-vetted, trained candidates
put forward from Reed in Partnership was great. It meant that we
received strong applicants that were already suitable for the
roles, which took a lot of stress out of the process for us.
The partnership with Amey Facilities strengthens Reed in
Partnership's presence in the support services sector. The company
has been helping the long-term unemployed back to work since 1998,
and has helped over 100,000 people move off benefits and back into
the workplace.
