Will I lose my benefits by becoming a Member at Reed in Partnership?

When you join our programme, your Personal Adviser will carry out a Better Off Calculation to find out how much better off you will be through working.


I have dependent children. Will I be able to find a job that fits around caring for my children?

Reed in Partnership welcomes parents who have children to take care of. Our Single Parent programmes specialise in finding jobs with suitable hours to fit around your caring needs. We also can fund childcare in some instances and can put you in touch with childcare agencies in your area.


I haven't been in work for many years. Can you still help people like me?

Yes. We are used to helping people who have been out of work for a long period of time. We can make the most of an individual's work experience and personal attributes. Our courses can help build up the confidence of people who have been out of work for a long period of time. We'll work hard to get you the skills you need to get the job you want.


I'm on Incapacity Benefit. Can you help me to find work?

If you're receiving Incapacity Benefit and within the four Pathways To Work areas we're operating in: three areas of London, and in Cambridgeshire & Suffolk we can help you to find work. Our Specialist Advisers are trained in helping you manage your condition and find rewarding work.


I'd like to find work, but I'm worried that my reading and writing and numeracy is not good enough. Can you help me?

Yes, our trainers offer Skills for Life courses which raise your skill levels so that you can feel confident in looking for the right job for you. You'll be around people in a similiar situation, people who want to get the skills they need to get on with their lives.


I have dependency/substance issues and I'd like support with them so that I can feel confident finding work.

We have helped many people with dependency/substance issues find fulfilling work. We have Specialist Advisers experienced in helping people manage their conditions. We can also put you in touch with specialist support, so that you can find help in the area in which you live.
