How do Apprenticeships work?
By working with you and your staff, we provide Apprenticeships

Depending on the level of Apprenticeship framework that your
staff work towards, a typical Apprenticeship can take approximately
12 months to complete during which your staff will continue to do
their day-to-day job. Studying is highly flexible and is designed
to fit around any existing commitments that you or your staff may
have.
Each Apprentice is assigned a dedicated Reed in Partnership
Assessor who will provide them with quality support every step of
the way. From the outset, we will agree what your organisational
needs are and which apprenticeship is most appropriate to help meet
your business objectives. Your Reed in Partnership Assessor will
also keep you informed of your Apprentice's progress and work with
you to ensure we are covering all their development
needs.
