Fuad's story

Fuad was referred to our in-house courses to build up his literacy and numeracy as part our Young Persons Guarantee programme. He was then referred to our partner Springboard to build up his employability and interview skills. He also received customer-focused training for the hospitality industry. With his newly developed skills he was able to secure a work placement at The Curve restaurant as a Catering Assistant based at Queen Mary University.

Fuad showed a great deal of determination throughout his time with the Young Persons Guarantee, and was determined to learn as much as he could. He was very thankful for all the help we gave him and to this date, is enjoying his employment at The Curve.
