Our experience of working in some of the most disadvantaged communities has given us a unique perspectives on some of the challenges facing Government in trying to reduce unemployment and improve skill levels. Having a part time job while at school dramatically improves a young person's future employment prospects, according to our new report on youth unemployment.

Our report follows a national survey of more than 2,300 young people about their experience of searching for work and the impact of unemployment on their wellbeing and confidence.
