The Exchange Group

We work in partnership with The Exchange Group to deliver the Young Person's Guarantee, our work focussed training programme is designed for young people looking to develop their skills to help move into work for young people in central London or in Lambeth, Southwark or Wandsworth.

We provide training whatever the individual's ability or qualifications. Working alongside their Employment Adviser the individual works out their best path and we organise the training that they need to reach their goals.
