We run a range of programmes, some mandatory and some voluntary. Whichever it is and whatever the background and circumstances of the client, our approach is the same: each job seeker works with their own Personal Adviser, who will give them all the support they'll need every step of the way.

Everyone's situation is different
We understand that everyone's situation is different - the problems faced, the things wanted out of life. So as soon as a job seeker joins, their Personal Adviser will look after them, talk to them and understand their particular situation. In most cases, they'll deal with the same person throughout their whole time with us, because there's nothing more frustrating than having to keep explaining the situation to different people.

Some of the work we do with job seekers includes:
·Identifying and sourcing training for the job they want
·Advising on benefits entitlement whilst working
·Helping with CV writing and interview skills
·Providing financial support while looking for work
·Assisting with finding childcare
·Giving sound business advice on being self-employed
