A personal service is better

It is important to identify any barriers that may prevent an individual from securing employment in their chosen field. Within the diagnostic process it is vital that specific issues are addressed that are pertinent to that particular member. Once this has been completed, the PA and Member can agree specific action plans together and set targets as to when and how those issues are to be addressed. A generic service provided to all Members is not an effective method to ensure that Members  progress steadily.
