At Reed in Partnership we're not interested in short-term fixes, but working with the right partners to ensure long-term positive change in local communities. Local partnership is key to our success. Using a combination of our own one-to-one services, together with those of our partners, we aim to help people become more employable and find satisfying and sustainable work.

We recognise that because everyone is different, we cannot solve all the issues people face by ourselves. We rely heavily on our links with local partners, not only to complement our services, but also to encourage those in the community who could benefit from our service.
