Mayor joins our Restart Scheme celebrations

Today we were delighted to celebrate five years of Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Restart Scheme delivery with Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority Mayor Paul Bristow.

Paul joined the team in our Peterborough office for an afternoon of celebration with Restart Scheme participants, local employers, training providers and charities.

Since 2021 the Restart Scheme has helped thousands of jobseekers across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough into employment through high-quality, personalised, intensive support.

We are proud of this life-transforming work. Our event heard moving testimonies from people who have found employment through our service delivery, plus insight from the local organisations who commit so much to ensuring these successful outcomes.

Reed in Partnership is responsible for two of the top three best-performing regions of Restart Scheme delivery in the country. We are looking forward to supporting more people into good, sustainable work and contributing to economic growth across our delivery regions in the months ahead.
