DWP Commercial Agreement for Employability & Health Related Services (CAEHRS)

DWP has launched the competition for the new Commercial Agreement for Employability & Health Related Services (CAEHRS), also known as the DWP Framework. The Framework will be the mechanism by which DWP will procure future employment and health support services and will be in place for 5 years. DWP is commissioning this across 7 geographical Lots (North East, North West, Central, Southern, Home Counties and London, Scotland, Wales), and will qualify a number of organisations in each Lot to then compete for future contracts.

Places will be provided for Providers at two levels: • Tier 1 Providers will demonstrate the ability and financial capability to manage contracts of over £11m per year, and • Tier 2 Providers will demonstrate the ability and financially capability to manage contracts of between £2-£11m per year • There will also be a Tier 3 launched later in the year, designed for the smaller and more local providers to deliver services

At this stage, Reed in Partnership intends to bid across the 5 England Lot areas.

Please note: As contracts will not be commissioned until this Framework has first been procured, we will not be requesting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from partners at this stage. We remain committed to working with our partners however, and will inform you when specific opportunities are released and explore how you can be involved in upcoming contracts.
